I just love Easter!!! Here are some highlights of what we did this Easter weekend. It started off on Friday taking the girls (minus Cameron) to Disney on Ice. They loved it (sorry no pictures). Then the plan was for Saturday to have a neighborhood egg hunt down my parents street and then heading over to the skate park (some park in Scottsdale) for an extended family picnic we have every year. Well, the rain put a damper on everything. No egg hunt and no picnic. We did improvise and my mom had all the kids over for some lunch and since the rain stopped we did a little egg hunt in the front yard. The kids had a blast. Then, spur of the moment, we went and saw Monsters vs Aliens (funny). Sunday came and along with so did the Easter bunny. The girls were supper excited for their baskets and the eggs that he left in the backyard. Nothing like having candy for breakfast. Ended the day with dinner at Grandma's and another family egg hunt. Candy, Candy and more candy. All the more for mom to eat!
